We are excited to share our July 2026 EAL Newsletter with you!
The first half of 2026 was marked by a vibrant series of events at the Cheng Yu Tung East Asian Library. From a world-premiere musical performance and family-focused Lunar New Year celebration to conversations with leading Asian Canadian writers, the library welcomed a diverse community of participants throughout the Winter-Spring term. Alongside these signature programs, the library also supported a number of scholarly and cultural initiatives through partnerships and sponsorships. This issue of the EAL Newsletter showcases some of the collaborations, conversations, and community connections that made the season particularly memorable.
