Leo Chan will take us on a memory trip to Toronto’s hustling and bustling Chinatowns. He will discuss the intersectionality between the Chinese Canadian immigration, the development of Chinatowns, and the growing Chinese food community in Toronto.

Speaker: Professor Chef Leo J. K. Chan is the recipient of numerous achievement awards from the hospitality and food industry in Canada and Professor at George Brown Hospitality Centre and Humber Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning
