Consisting of British Colonial office correspondence, the collection includes despatches and correspondence between governors of Hong Kong and the Colonial Office, also letters and telegrams of other government departments and organizations such as the Foreign, Home and War Offices. All hand-written material included in the collection will have Handwritten Text Recognition applied, allowing these documents to be full-text searchable.
