Asymptote is an open-access international journal dedicated
to literary translation and bringing together comtemporary
writing in one place. The journal is interested in
encounters between languages and the consequences of such
cross-language/culture/border encounters.

Chinese Memory is a digital project undertaken by the
National Library of China (PRC) to showcase its digitized
collections and exhibit selected highlights of the NLC's
collections of Chinese rare books and historical resources.
The website also publishes research papers about the studies
of Chinese rare books.
The website provides some links to other organizations and
to online resources of potential interest to CHINOPERL
members, including
Association for Asian Performance (AAP), Association for
Chinese Music Research (ACMR), Chinese Storytelling, and
European Foundation for Chinese Music Research (CHIME).
The Institute of Oriental Cultures, University of
Tokyo, has a collection of over 100,000 volumes of
Chinese rare books. The Institute has selected the
most precious titles of the collection, digitized
them and made the contents accessible through the
portal of The Chinese Rare Books Full Image
Database. Currently, this database provides free
access to full images of over 4,000 Chinese rare
books and partial access to some 600 rare book titles.
The creation of this website was funded substantially by the
S.C.Van Foundation (Daloon Foundation), Denmark.The website
provides a wealth of resources on the field of Chinese
Storytelling, arranged under the following headings: Oral
and Written Literature; Professional Storytelling; History
and Milieu; Masters and Disciples; Elements of Performance;
Sagas of Storytelling. Added to the site in 2013 is the

including his original translation manuscript of The Story

像方式加以公开的资料库。双红堂文库的内容,是由长泽规矩也先生所收集

A comprehensive Chinese website on various aspects of China
studies.
Hong Kong Literature Database is the first database on Hong
Kong literature. The Database is powered by various
searching functions. Full-text is available in a major part
of the database.
The index was compiled by His-chu Bolick (黃熹珠) and Ling-
k'uan Huang (黃齡寬) in 1996 because of the lack of access
tools to \ Guo Moruo quanji wenxue pian (郭沫若全集文學篇)\ at
the Academic Affairs Library of the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill. It was compiled using the renmin
wenxue chubanshe 1982 edition of the \Wenxuepian\. Last
modification of the site was 1997. Some of the messages are
garbled.
This online resource is based on Prof. Lao Sze-kwang’s
manuscript. Users are able to find various Confucianism-
related concepts through the search engine or by categories.

Upto December 2015, the Ming-Qing Women's Writings
Digitization Project has now contained 214 collections of
writings by women of the Ming-Qing period. For biographical
data on the women writers, the user can click on the woman
author's name linked to the China Biographical Database
hosted by the Harvard-Yenching Library.
Renditions is the leading international journal of Chinese
literature in English translation, covering over 2000
years of Chinese literature from classical works of
poetry, prose, and fiction to recently published works by
writers representing the rich variety of contemporary
Chinese literary expression. Articles on art, Chinese
studies and translation studies are frequently included.

The Red Brush project is a collection of texts in Chinese
from a wide range of writings from Imperial China, by and
